Birthday Party - Full for 2024
Each month FMF staff solicits support from our local community, recruiting volunteer groups to host a monthly birthday celebration for our guests. Hosts are asked to make all of the plans for the celebration (food, decorations, games, etc.). Parties are scheduled on the first Monday of the month, starting at 6:00pm and lasting no more than 2 hours.

Family Fun Night - Full for 2024
One Friday a month, FMF staff solicits support from our local community recruiting volunteer groups to host a fun evening of games, movies, and other engaging events for our families. Facility Fridays

Help make FMF a home by volunteering for a Facility Friday. Groups can sign up to complete various facility projects such as organizing donations, painting, turning over rooms for new residents, and other needs of the facility manager. These are select Fridays from 12:00pm - 3:00pm with flexibility for group needs.

A Lotta Love Makeovers

FMF has a wonderful partnership with A Lotta Love, a nonprofit that “alleviates the trauma of homelessness and domestic violence by creating safe, dignified, and emotionally inspiring spaces.” Please consider sponsoring or partially sponsoring a room, as each residential room is a $600 investment. Every family then takes their new bedding, linens, etc. with them when they move on from the shelter to help make their new homes comfortable and safe. A Lotta Love also welcomes volunteers/volunteer groups to help them execute the room makeovers (sponsoring groups are prioritized). More information is available at alottalove.org.
